Overview

Myriad Network has implemented a system-wide high-availability Internet hosting infrastructure. This has been accomplished by the following:
  1. All Customer accounts reside on enterprise Dell PowerEdge™ servers with the following specifications:
    1. Hardware RAID 1 (Mirroring plus hot failover standby drive) configuration
    2. Hot swappable dual power supplies
    3. Hot swappable SCSI drives rated at a minimum of 1,200,000 hours mean time between failures (MTBF)
    4. 24 x 7 x 365 Dell onsite service and support agreement
    5. All data is backed up to a separate secure server on a regular basis
  2. Multiple and redundant Gigabit Ethernet connection to Internet providers
  3. BGP4 connected Internet connectivity providing full redundancy and best route selection
  4. All key systems and network components are monitored 24x7 from multiple and geographically diverse locations and Internet connections
  5. Multiple and geographically diverse hosting locations utilizing diverse Tier 1 Internet providers
  6. Enterprise Cisco based networking equipment with 4 hour Cisco SLA and offsite spares

Service Level Agreement Terms for Hosting Customers

Should your service(s) become unavailable for a cumulative period of one hour in one calendar month, Customer shall request via helpdesk within 10 days, and receive a credit to account, equivalent to one day, of Customer's pro-rated recurring monthly fees for that month. Customer will receive an additional credit, of one day of the pro-rated service(s) recurring monthly fees for each additional hour, or portion thereof, of unavailability. All refund calculations will be based on unavailability in one-hour increments.    View Services 

The above agreement does not cover outages caused by equipment and/or events not under the direct control of Myriad Network or caused by individuals not directly employed by Myriad Network. This includes any DNS propagation issues related to any network maitenance. This Service Level Agreement also does not cover outages due to emergency maintenance or scheduled maintenance, the latter of which will be broadcast to all customers in advance.   View Services
